All orders are shipped via Hermes Tracked 48 service, and dispatched up to two working days after payment is received.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item's arrival at the buyer's address. Items are shipped and tracked by Hermes. Should your order fail to arrive in the 30 days after your purchase, contact please contact us via Instagram DM (@scarycanaryclub) or e-mail (marnie@scarycanary.club) to discuss your options. If you are returning your item for a refund, please ensure that it is packaged safely, and in such a way that will not damage the item in transit. If a return item arrives back with us in worse/more 'used' condition than we sent it, you will not be eligible for a refund. Buyer must pay return postage.
